Veronica Mendivil is an Analyst in Revenue Operations at Adobe, where she has worked for many years. She has extensive volunteer experience with organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank, Kaboom, Homefirst Rivers of Chocolate Fundraiser and Sacred Heart.
The granddaughter of Jim and Ann McEntee, Veronica is passionate about ending hunger and homelessness in our local community as well as about supporting the mission of the McEntee Scholarship program. She plans to bring her digital and social media skills to enhance the program’s outreach. In her spare time she enjoys watching her son’s baseball games and practicing and refereeing in taekwondo.
